​Our first visit, when your needs and initial thoughts can be discussed is free of charge. If it makes sense to develop your ideas with a more rigorous and extended discussion and the preparation of proper measured and water-coloured architectural drawings, we charge a symbolic sum of € 3.500 – excl. local tax, for our architect to visit. The majority of our designs closely follow the discussion on site, but of course on reflection as part of that process it is always possible to make adjustments or changes to the design.

Based on these drawings, which are accurate, reasonably detailed and comprehensive, we can prepare a budget for the project.
